Regarded as a top-notch geek and/or nerd-extraordinaire - I’m a creative who specialises in the technological arts. I’ve racked up a fair bit of experience across a range of digital mediums; if it’s creative and involves technology - I’ve probably tried it! Aside from working in app design, animation, game development and VFX, my true areas of expertise are graphic design, motion graphics and film-making - all of which have won me awards and are creative fields I wish to pursue professionally long term. I’ve got a lot to give but still have plenty to learn and eager to get as much experience as possible. Are you a creative professional who’s interested in having me along? Feel free to get in touch! Rest assured, I’m a hard worker and make great coffee!
I’m regularly commissioned as a freelance video editor for the Visual Radio team at the BBC. This exciting work has involved me working in the conceptualising, editing, and overall production of both internal content and public videos.
I’ve been privileged enough to have industry experience working with the award-winning design practice Screenmedia. Focusing on web design, I worked in their Glasgow studio alongside an incredibly talented team of creative professionals.
A short film that I produced, shot, animated and edited won first place in the Department for Education’s “Lights Camera Parliament” national film-making competition and was screened as part of their “Arts In Parliament” exhibition.
